Shared responsibility
The platform provides hosting, managed authentication, encrypted storage, and the secure delivery pipeline. ChicVoyage Productions is responsible for the content offered, customer support, and the handling of any information provided by customers.
Authentication & access
Administrative actions (managing the catalog, importing assets, viewing orders) are restricted to authenticated admin accounts. Role checks are enforced server-side.
Source media files are never served directly. Each purchase generates a short-lived, single-purpose download link tied to the buyer's order.
Data we collect
- Email address provided at checkout (for order delivery).
- Order amount, currency, and payment status.
- Download usage counters tied to your order token.
Payment card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never touch our servers.
Subprocessors
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Google Drive — source media storage (admin-owned account).
- Lovable Cloud — application hosting and database.
